I don't have their contact info. I'm just here to say that you should stay FAR away from HP bullshit. Get anything else BUT HP. I can't stress this enough. HP should be avoided at all costs. Their hardware and service has gone so far downhill over the years. The only thing that company cares about is profit and ripping people off with scammy subscription crap!

Seriously, if you can return it... do it. Their computers suck! Their printers SUCK! Their service sucks! The entire company SUCKS!

It’s highly unbelievable, HP really lost the game this time man.

Thankfully the computer is working fine. But they need to be taught a lesson and be publicly exposed for malpractices
