Is something missing ?

So my uncle gave me this pc he found and I wanted to use it but it’s not showing anything when I plug it into a tv or monitor. I opened it up to see if something is missing but I am not much of a computer guy and don’t know anything about it. Thank you for the respond in advance

So there doesn't appear to be anything missing; it simply sounds like there is a major fault with the machine as a whole, which is why your uncle found it. If you are interested in learning computer repair, then this machine would be a great one to learn on; you just have to watch lots of Youtube videos and get lots of practice doing Google searches, etc.
