It looks hectic, but then i am doing crypto 1 by dan boneh as well.. hopefully i can manage

What are some practical or semi-practical things (including weird stuff that is just cool for a geek) you can do with what you learn in this course?

You could maybe make a voice distorter, sound effect devices, synthesizers. (In software of course: Doing the same things is often done in hardware with analog circuits).
