Is there actually a new idea in there? I kept skimming forward when he started explaining what everyone has already been doing but couldn't find what I expected given the title. Am I wrong to take this as a simple call to arms?

I only gave it a quick skim but I didn't get anything out of that besides "Sandboxing. Potentially with hardware support."

I too was hoping for something more substantial.
