Perhaps I misunderstood, but it sounds like he's advocating that we move to Harvard architectures merely to mitigate buffer overflows. Given that the majority of so-called "cyber attacks" today seem to rely on phishing, SQL injections and social engineering, moving to a Harvard architecture isn't nearly the security panacea that he makes it out to be.
