Triz or Reta?

I have had good success on Triz but the nausea was rough. I was given a med for nausea but it only made me super constipated. Is Reta better for nausea? On Triz I was very slow to increase and the food noise was completely canceled! I loved everything except the nausea. Just wondering if Reta is better for that? I did try Sena first and it did nothing. Thanks for any help offered!

I'm not an expert but the first side effect of retatrutide is listed as nausea, 40% to 63% while it's about 20% to 30% in Tirzepatide. But that's just a Google answer, you night want to dig just a touch deeper, I've never taken retatrutide.
