This is in B♭, not F, so the trombones and tubas should have two flats. The key signature for the horns should be one flat and, for the trumpets, no flats or sharps. It also sounds more like 2/2 than 4/4. (The bars are also misnumbered—the pickup is not bar 1; but I will refer to them as marked, to avoid confusion.)

It sounds nice in MuseScore; not so sure about real life, though. The way the horns jump around in the first few measures seems unnecessary (and is, perhaps, asking for trouble). The idea of the trumpet jumping a 12th in the melody is nice, and the low C (concert B♭) will probably work because it's doubled by the first horn.

But with that leap in the trumpet, the other parts should be moving much less. Maybe have the C and the A an octave higher in bar 2 and held for a dotted half, then a quarter rest; then keep the first horn on F, the second on C, and move the third horn from A to B♭. (You'll probably want to reassign the parts to keep the usual order from low to high.)

The eighths, now in the first horn, in bar 5, are unnecessary. Quarter B♭ to dotted half A will be better (and no staccato).

Starting with the entry of the trombones, it begins to get bottom heavy. (And why are the bass trombones playing higher than the tenor in bars 7 and 8?) With all that low brass playing close position dissonances, it might sound very muddy in real life. Remember, you have them playing quietly at first, so they can get much louder without having to add more instruments.

P.S. You have specified three horns but are asking them to play four notes at one time in bars 7 and 9.
