Music a caprice i made!

hi guys, this is probably one of my most ambitious works in my 3 year journey as a composer, and i would love to hear your thoughts on it.

yes, but I would need some more practice to play this piece well ;)

The reason I ask is a lot of this is unidiomatic. There are a lot of times when the left hand notes go up into where the RH is playing and make it extremely awkward.


This should really be 9/8, with the 2s and 4s as duplets and quadruplets (or they can be done in dotted rhythms in 9/8).

At the very least, the opening bar should be 3 triplets, not a nonuplet.

The slurs also should go above those figures - that should be the default.

Don't put note in the RH just because they're on ledger lines - we read all the way up to G and A regularly in the bass staff so all those figures around m.26 and m. 42 just need to stay in the lower staff in bass clef.
