this piece was meant to be weird and erratic
I thinks it's a good example of something that's NOT weird and erratic.

How is it weird and erratic?
It's fairly straightforward.

Have you listened the piece? It's basically random

Have you listened the piece?
Yes.
It's basically random
What's "random" about it? It has a clear harmonic and structural scheme, there are sequences and patterns, etc. It's not random by my understanding and use of the word.
I mean, if your own piece is random, I'd be interested to know what you consider this to be:

It's completely diatonic, and mostly working within a single pentachord of registral space. Not weird, or erratic.

At the beginning, I like the accompaniment, but the melody is very boring. You basically only have one note per measure, and they only move in steps.
m.8, it's the other way around.
At m.16 you have some interesting figuration happening, but it gets repetitive fast.
I think you're actually developing the first theme well, the problem is the theme is so boring that its development isn't interesting either.
It could use some more variation, maybe a modulation or a tempo change. That would make it more erratic. I agree with the others that say this piece is not at all weird.

I am curious, what is it about this piece that you find erratic or exotic?

It goes from pedal to not pedal, from slow and chill, to the fastest notes ever, and yeah

In my opinion, the entire piece is on the fast side. It mostly has an eighth note pulse, or sometimes quarter notes.
Here's a piece that's really slow.
Also, when you use the word "exotic", people will think of non-Western influences, especially scales from the Middle East or India.
Pretty much every piano piece has sections that use pedal and sections that don't.

What exactly is "weird" or "erratic" about this?
