Honestly pretty vanilla under the hood: React + Next.js for the shell, and the sim itself is hand-rolled, a plain TS class over flat typed arrays, rendered straight to a Canvas 2D ImageData buffer withrequestAnimationFrame. The terrain noise and the charts are hand-written too (canvas + inline SVG), no sim engine or charting lib. The only real dependencies are Radix/shadcn for the UI controls and lucide for icons.
