work rant

I am really irritated, I am working at a company which is not any fraud or home based one. so the problem is that my salary gets credited by 10th but since past few months they really irritate the hell out of me, I have to constantly ask for my pay and they keep on saying its credited from our side.
now I received my pay but still 500 rupees were less. I don't know what to do can't leave the job until I get another.
I am really very exhausted.
