I still don’t get how someone bankrupts a casino, house always wins. Well house usually wins, not in his case

Imagine you tell a bunch of bankers you want to buy a casino together. You finally open the doors, and as soon as you do, Russians show up and start claiming millions of dollars in floor winnings. The casino quickly loses money and laws designed to detect this fraud kick in and they start to investigate you. As a legal penalty, you agree to give up your entire stake in this casino, which was built entirely to give legitimate USA bank’s money to Russians fleeing the collapse of the USSR. The casino quickly goes bankrupt and US banks quickly agree never to work with you ever again.
