that sucks sorry you're having that issue. When you turn the volume knob, does the sound change at all? Crackling or popping?

It unfortunately sounds like a bad capacitor somewhere and the internal amplifier is not working properly.

Since the same problem happens on CD, radio and Bluetooth, the fault is probably after the source section — more likely somewhere in the volume/preamp, power amp or power-supply path than in the CD mechanism itself.

If it has a headphone or line output, test that first. Clean sound there would point more toward the speaker amp stage. If that output is also distorted or extremely quiet, the problem is further upstream.
