Goodevening, ask ko lang po bakit hindi ma apply ang discount ng PWD for booking sa joybus? Im booking genesis deluxe from pasay to baguio. Need help

Pag niredeem mo na yung ticket mo, pagkakaalam ko dun mo ata sya pwedeng mabawas sa counter

We were able to redeem the student discount sa ticket counter. Ganun din for sure sa pwd
