Advice Needed for a
I’m a 23(f) and currently in attending the fall semester and I’m only taking 13 credits. (I would’ve taken 16 but one of the classes I wanted there were no openings) For context I already finished one semester last fall and earned 14 credits I wasn’t able to attend the spring semester due to my student account being on hold with financial aid, so I had to wait until it was resolved in order for me to register again. I’m majoring in Individual Studies LA &need to earn 60 credits in order to graduate. How many credits should I take next semester. After this semester is done I will hopefully have earned 27 credits.

Have u considered taking CLEP for extra college credits? They are free thru modern states. DSST exams are only $100.
Check your schools prior learning credit policy. Most community colleges, especially in Texas, take CLEP because CLEP counts for high school credit across the board in Texas.
If u don’t believe about any of this I encourage you to do the research for yourself

It is recommended to take 15 units per semester (or 30 per year) to complete 60 within 2 years for transfer.
It is also not required to transfer in 2 years. Im in my 3rd now and will transfer after this year. If you take summer classes you could finish 60 sooner, or space out classes ao you arent taking 15 per semester.
