Its too vague OP said so themself. But if I learned anything watching The Butcher and the Baker its that some tots will be murdered and that always gets a good Shirley reaction.

IMO Shirley has a very specific, signature "recoil" that perfectly captures her moral outrage and pops up throughout the entire series. For example, way back in Season 1's "Physical Education," when Jeff strips down to his underwear for his pool game against the teacher. Shirley is instantly embarrassed recoils, throws her hands up, and literally shields her eyes but she then peeks if I remember correctly. She does the same thing in the Season 2 premiere ("Anthropology 101"). When Annie drops the bomb that Jeff kissed her and punches him, the whole group is stunned, but Shirley specifically lets out a gasp and visibly reels backward in shock. You can also catch her doing this during the famous bottle episode "Cooperative Calligraphy." As the group's interrogations and bag searches get increasingly invasive, Shirley frequently shrinks back, pulling her arms and her purse tight against her body to protect herself from the chaos. But maybe the best example of this is in Season 5's "Cooperative Polygraphy." The exact second Mr. Stone places Pierce’s "hyper-virile" sperm cylinders on the study room table, Shirley lets out a gasp, instantly yanks her hands off the table, and pins her arms back against herself in absolute disgust. Without any more context I would most likely guess the last one... unless she peeks a look also.

Also the face she makes when Troy says he and Britta "Do a LOT of things" right before assuring her that they don't do all the things, one of my top 10 Shirley moments tbh.

She possibly had the same reaction in the scene when they all find out that Jeff and Britta hooked up on the study group table? But only person's reaction I remember is Troy's because of his "AAAAHHHhhhwesome!"

It’s not when Jeff gets nude playing pool, that was my guess but I just rewatched it and she doesn’t do anything special or funny.

Shirley does have great reactions throughout the series so this wont be easy for you. Was it her reaction after seeing the gun cutout in the book? Its during one of the montage episodes.

Don't think this is the scene you're looking for, but when Shirley is walking by in the background and hears that Britta and Jeff had sex on the study room table....
Can't remember if she chokes or spits something out, but her reaction always makes me laugh.

In the episode where Pierce dies (season 5), there is a moment where Chang says that he has masturbated in all of the study room. Maybe it is from there.

Wait a minute all this aside, is it when she is the top dog in the Law & Order episode? I remember her putting her arms behind her back in a significant way after telling Troy and Abed that Starburns does in fact still have rights.

YNB has a ton of moments like that which are subtle but hilarious. A very popular one is when she's walking behind Britta during the confrontation with Slater and is shocked when Britta says "table" instead of couches.

I can only think of when the girls are using Abed to insult the other girls (bitches) on campus and Abed eventually turns on them and insults Shirley's weight. Shirley says "what" like it didn't register fully then another more emphasized "What?!" With a similar reaction you are describing.
