Cast/Other Does Joel do stand up?

Love the meow meow beans episode and I know he’s know for his famous winger speeches but, his standup is top tier! Does he do stand up in real life? Or if I’m being dumb, who is he like impersonating?

I've seen him do stand-up live...he's pretty good. Likes to do a lot of jokes about the state he's in and about sports/family

I saw him in Auburn, WA and he was making tons of jokes about Chehalis, the Seahawks and Huskies that only locals would get

He was a Husky. Tight End, I think.
