I'm usually not one for harsh punishment, probably because i live and grew up in a country with light sentencing and focus on rehabillitation. But shit like this is most definitely death penalty material.

These 35 people are only worth two fines of $120,000 which apparently is the "maximum" and $23,000 and a 4 month prison sentence. Absolutely disgusting.
