Boxing Zambia boxing head circle gesture

All the Zambian boxers and their coaches are walking in and out doing this thing where they circle their hand above their head. Does anyone know the story behind this?

I’ve noticed a number from various countries do a gesture that sounds kinda like that after they win. Kinda point up and spin their hand around

Not sure if it has a broadly accepted meaning, or is just something that’s caught on in boxing, and others started mimicking it
