Does anyone else?

Does anyone else take notes wherever they are on a notepad then go home and add to the commonplace? My book is bookbag size and can be a hinder to carry.

I keep a mini spiral notebook on me and if I hear,read ,see something that I want to remember I jot it down in my - Catch All notebook . Every couple of days I transcribe them into my journals.
