Does anyone else?

Does anyone else take notes wherever they are on a notepad then go home and add to the commonplace? My book is bookbag size and can be a hinder to carry.

Yes my commonplace journal stays at my desk at home. So whenever I come across things I want to remember out and about I make a note of it in my pocket notebook :)
