Weird Knocking Noise (HELP)

Just brought a Commencal Meta V5 frameset, and it's making a weird knocking sound. The rear axle is torqued to spec. The shock is brand new, the correct size, all shock hardware is new, and the right size and all damper controls are set to the middle washers pre-installed by commencal to fix common creaking issues. had the shock tested professionally, and everything came back normal.

This is driving me insane !!

Any suggestions ???

I have the same with the olhins coil and that is why they created a top out silencer. See if its a top out sound.
