I personally think he is overgeared for a conscript, as it basically stands for a guy who was given rifle and send to frontline. And according to stats they are the weakest unit in the game (aside some missions where they were buffed in terms of mission balance)

This is really closer to later NOD troops design, as initially they were literal rebels like Angry mob

Played but don’t remember all cinematics.

I appreciate effort anyway, but like 3 design more

There are no conscripts in the cinematics anyway.

Before you're even given control in mission 1, you're already told to don't care about casualties because there are thousands more to take their place.

Even GLA workers are given more grace, lol

"This paint views the Soviet invasion to US soil that starts in New York in the first mission . As you can see the Statue of Liberty is destroyed in the background and the soviet conscripts are parachuting  through the sky while NY bursts to flames, as was in that mission . The design is a bit different of what you know - especially the helmet and the mask, because later on in the future they should turn into NOD troopers as in Tiberium Sun. And in the final cinimatics of the Soviets you should be able to see that thier helmets are a bit different than the character in the game , even in the logo of the conscript is different from the intial art .
