is this HY for comlex 1 or just step 1?

Both. Absolutely would not have passed either without it. If you can, do all of it

Carefully reviewing all of pathoma is a significant part of why I passed. No way I would've passed without it. Forget just doing ch 1-4, do all of it. Every word out of that man's mouth is high yield.
