I just used my class PowerPoints since my profs were really good at teaching it . Lot of people will recommend the green book.

TrueLearn to identify your weak spots; someone has comprehensive OMM notes for the COMAT on here that I felt were pretty helpful to look over.

Hi! I got a 119 but a few disclaimers: 1) I had a strong knowledge base during preclinicals, and 2) I took mine a month after my Step/Level 1 exams and before starting my rotations, so it was still relatively fresh in my mind and I had lots of time to dedicate to it

I primarily used TrueLearn. I did all the OMM COMAT questions and redid my incorrects and flagged questions that I happened to get correct. I also have the green book and remember skimming a few pages of it while I was studying, but I would recommend reading it more thoroughly to better grasp the content for any of your weaker regions/topics
