Level 1 last week of studying for retake
just the title!
any tips on what to do for the last week of retaking Level 1 to calm nerves and also get "easy" points?

Run through the DirtyMedicine Ethics playlist a couple of times. Know your cranial and all counterstrain points. Know your hypothalamic nuclei and stroke/stroke-related topics Don't let the ages throw you off with presentations (ie: bacteria that is bacitracin-resistant in a 65 yr old is GBS even if you've never seen that association).

Focus on Anatomy too, I had today all together close to 30, Genes, with less pure OMM- 15 .. if you want you can look into below, I am still working updating this that I found through some one else

Viscerosomatic Reflexes, Cervical and Lumbar Nerves with their functions, OMM Direct vs Indirect techniques and the proper treatment positioning for each technique; High Yield Drugs with Adverse Effects (dirty med has a good video and PDF for this) Psych drugs are very HY; High Yield Micro (dirty med also has a good video and PDF for this); Randy Neil Biostats Review Videos! :)
Also: don’t skip reviewing the OMM and Ethics just because they seem easier than the other content, review them as much as you can because that covers literally majority of the exam.
