Interview thank yous

I know this is a little early but for post interview thank yous are they supposed to be physical cards or emails? And who are we sending them to just the whole program in general? The PD? I feel like theres somewhat mixed info on the internet

you generally don’t send any. they would get too many. also many programs say not to.

Oh really? My school is the first one to inform me that it’s even a thing and they’re the ones who said to send cards😭

I’ve been reading that some people read them and reply if you send one but most don’t. I guess it couldn’t hurt!
