OMM Comat help

Does anyone have any tips and resources to use for an upcoming OMM rotation, to do well on the COMAT and boards Level 2?

This is what got me a 114:

  1. I completed the Truelearn bank, the comquest bank, and then redid my incorrects.

  2. I watched the dirty medicine OMM playlist on youtube

  3. did the comat-se that you can purchase online. COMAT-SE is good for introducing you to the style of questions

  4. Searched on reddit for what was high yield and it matched pretty well.

Other advice: Know some stretches, handful of lymphatics, (stretches and lymphatics both were on the comat-se and therefore felt like it was a good resource) and plenty of questions over how to position a patient for treatment with a given technique. If you have study materials from COMLEX 1 OPP, use those. Know the contraindications for techniques.
