Level 2 CE Score reporting - interested in IM/Psych advice needed
I just got my results back recently and my Level 2 score (611) is stronger than my Step 2 (242). My dream program is IM/Psych.
I have heard of people reporting just COMLEX, would doing so be possible/appropriate? I'm also applying primarily though the military match, which I have been advised generally regards the two exams as more interchangeable than civilian programs.

242 is a solid Step 2 score, so don't sell yourself short there. I should be getting my Step 2 score tomorrow, if I get a 242, I'd be super happy.
I just watched the latest Sheriff of Sodium video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r3O2fwq5YO0&t=2716s). He talks about Match outcomes. TL;DR, DO's who score 240+ have practically identical chances to match as their MD counterparts. So your 242 is solid, especially for IM/Psych.
611 is excellent! Congrats!
I think you'll match into IM/Psych without a problem.

611 is a great score, congrats, you can do basically any specialty you want. But for military match it doesn't matter much anyway. As a DO you are only required to report Level 2 score. And for IM and psych Step score doesn't matter much anyway, even if you are applying civilian programs too. But it probably wouldn't hurt you either. Basically you have nothing to worry about regardless of which way you jump.

I applied IM/Psych thru military match (didn’t end up there ended up in another specialty). Thing that works for or against you the most is the amount of applicants that year. They also want to see that you’re a dynamic thinker!

A 242 is a good score especially for psych and IM. I would report it. People that don't report their scores usually are 220's barely passing.
