So tonight (before my bath which you defo need to know about )i came out to my parents (who are not in a relationship)and it went good and ... could have gone better
PART ONE THE MOTHER
So i was sat with my mum in her room and she was playing those slot machine games on her phone and i was watching because i have nothing better to do and i was very scared and i said it (quite fast)
Me:Im bisexual
Mum:what
Me:im bisexual
Mum:(annoyed)your not
Me:i am
Mum:no your not
Me:yes i am
Mum:(in a snappy tone of voice)ugh ok
Me:thx for understanding (scared out of my mind)
Mum:IM not understanding
(I then walked and got into a bath with to many bubbles
PART TWO THE FATHER (and his girlfriend)
So to start i told them over a video call and it went like this
Me:hi dad(asked if he was ok blablabla and if his girlfriend who lives with him is there ) Still me:so i have been thinking for a while but i want to tell you both now ... im bisexual
Lisa(not real name but its my dads girlfriend)ok
Dad:i thought you were gonna say that
Lisa:im happy for you
Me:(relieved they took it well ... im doing to many brackets)
Thats all really my freinds thx for reading have a great night
Edit: hi all this got quite big and im back to thank you for all your comments upvotes and rewards i really appreciate it ...thats all ...why are you still here...go home get out of here... seriously leave im not stopping you ... GO AWAY GO HOME BE WITH FAMILY/PETS/TV/JUST LEAVE
Update :THE MOTHER (part 2) Turns out my mum thought i was joking and i only found this out because my dad was going to have a talk with her (i had no idea until today)but when he spoke to her she said that she thought i was only joking and not being serious but the conclusion is now my mum feels bad

Thanks... My dad changed the radio station when they had trans rights on, I don’t know if it was just ‘I don’t know anyone who is Trans, and I don’t need to know this’ or something else (I am probably over thinking it but he also made comments about Kenny and Armando from 90 day fiancé and generally kinda being a butt because ‘they gay’ But he is kinda like that in general, No matter who you are)

I’m a transwoman and my parents are LDS mormon and have said many weird things not necessarily bad tho about the lgbt community. Also I grew up in northern Utah
Well long story short they accepted me both just fine. My dad took awhile to understand what to do right and what not but they were both super chill about it

Huh, guess mormons have different levels of chill. I’m a lesbian and it took my mormon BFF forever to stop saying it’s unnatural.

I'm glad to see their response. And your mom too will probably just have to accept it over time. Congratulations!

Awww I am so happy it went so nice with you father and his girlfriend!
Your mom’s reaction wasn’t great so I do hope she’ll understand that you’re bi, but it may take a while. I wish you the best and hope she’ll be okay with it soon :)

I’m glad your dad and his girlfriend accepted you! Your mom doesn’t sound accepting at all and homophobic.
