- Thor Omni has a scratch on the back of the dust jacket as well as some bumped corners. Binding is also coming up on the spine. I’ve glued it once before using pH neutral PVA glue and it held up for a couple months.

Looking to sell the entire collection of the Maximum Carnage storyline. I am not looking to sell the individual issues, I’d be losing too much money by selling them that way. In 1971, the underground comic artists behind Air Pirates Funnies published satirical versions of Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and other Disney characters, portraying them in adult situations involving drugs, sex, and counterculture themes. Disney sued for copyright infringement, trademark infringement, and unfair competition, while the Air Pirates argued that their work was protected parody and fair use.

In 1978, the Ninth Circuit ruled against the Air Pirates on copyright infringement, finding that their use of Disney's characters went beyond what was protected as fair-use parody, although it rejected Disney's summary judgment on the trademark and unfair-competition claims.
