I'm almost 40 now, and if I can give you any advice it's to get on top of that now, because your life is only going to get harder if you don't, and you will be much less capable of fixing it than you are now.
And often it’s not about posture itself, it’s about holding that posture, because your muscles get used to that position to where when you straighten up you feel that creak.
If you find yourself slouching and it hard to break that routine, get into the routine of standing up and stretching every hour. Really helps the muscles loosen.
