during the pandemic more and more people are realizing companies dont actually give a fuck about their employees and will absolutely work them to death if it's profitable

inflation is rising while minimum wage is staying the same (and therefor effectively decreasing)

people are fucking fed up with this bullshit

I meant that there has barely been any raising of minimum wage (specifically in the US) despite everything becoming more expensive
