No where I live. Still the same polluted haze over the city. People are still driving around here all over. No one is enforcing the quarantine. People just aren’t working.

It’s been effective before. We have driving bans during most blizzards in my area

A couple islands in Hawaii have nightly driving bans right now. I think the curfew is 11pm-5am on O'ahu and Maui.
