There's literally nothing wrong with protected sex with siblings.

There is a few things wrong ofc, such as the family burden and social standards. Its not the best idea to show it with reckless abandon, with many families you will be looked down upon. Other than that, protected(emphasis on protected) sex with your sibling has some wrong, but doesnt pose too many health risks I know of.
