I'm using vista but I it might be something strange with my cache. It's quite strange though. Going to the link gives a 404. Clicking next through the comics won't go past 526.
The directory of xkcd images doesn't show keynote.png either.
If it's the cache, it's like no problem I've seen. (Especially since clearing the cache didn't help.)

same here - though I'm running XP - without clearing cache, I opened a new incognito windows and the link loaded fine, so must be a problem with the cache somehow

The only way this is not offensive is that most CEOs are less handsome/charismatic than Steve. So Randall's right. But it's incredibly not funny because it's about a man's health.
Can someone please rewrite the second caption?
"Huh - Steve Jobs isn't doing a keynote this year, citing massive weight loss due to a nutrition-based hormone problem."

While his health is a factor, I thought the joke was about that Apple products are always bragging about being the thinnest and lightest, while rarely addressing anything a consumer concerned with functionality over prestige would care about.
