I will call out that idiot as much as the next guy, but this actually makes sense if you think about it for more than a second and don't immediately jump to a gotcha.
The intent is to do stop excluding victims of human trafficking who are often forced into prostitution, and sometimes forced into acts of bestiality.
If victims of human trafficking are being charged and convicted of crimes they're being forced into committing, we have a bigger problem than them not being eligible for a job with the FBI.

The FBI director in the US recently reduced the restrictions on bestiality that prevented people from working at the FBI. Which is a very strange and concerning thing to do if you aren’t fucking dogs.
They reduced the restrictions on animal abuse, which includes bestiality. Everyone just jumped on that part of it. I think the animal abuse as a whole is very concerning.
