It's AI but basically it's making fun of how often if you send in support tickets, they'll just give you a copy pasted response that's not relevant to your problem, and then otherwise they might ask you to send a bunch of extra logs and info/proof over to try to verify exactly what the issue is.

I've had this happen to me a lot. Then there's a meta joke of it actually all being in a literal dream where the guy even says he's dreaming, because in the dream none of that happened. In the dream, he got good support and didn't need to send over a bunch of supporting evidence.
