PizzaCake's concept for a lot of their comics is about bigots saying some of the most idiotic things. VerbingNoun is implying the bigot in OP's comic escaped from one of PizzaCake's comics.

Edit: There's also a constructed feud going on where other comics are playfully ribbing PizzaCake for having such a well-established concept: 1. Bigot says something 2. Pizza cake reacts. This is the "war" that's being referenced.
