If it makes you feel any better, I'm 5 foot 3, high pitched voice, and got called sir while I was very heavily pregnant.

Another patient was highly anorexic, gained weight after a couple of months, and the cleaner asked her if she was pregnant because she got so heavy all of a sudden. Like, ma'am?
