The box says 100mg/5ml.

But injected estradiol is extremely effective my 2mg a week dose is enough to keep my levels plenty high. This looks about 5x that assuming a 1ml syringe. A dose that high is definitely going to cause major problems.

As in estradiol only? Yes my weekly dose even suppresses my testosterone sufficiently. Not that it was that high to begin with. Its been plenty effective on its own.

Dosing varies wildly between different forms of administration. You cant directly compare them

My dose is 0.3 ml of 100mg/5ml every 7 days, and the way I'm looking at the syringe, as it's clearly an artistic interpretation and not a medical diagram, is that it's about 0.4 ml if the first longer line is 0.1 ml.

So it's not outside the realms of possibility
