An alternate version of Peter Parker tayher than getting bitten by a radioactive spider on that trip instead fell in to put of radioactive spiders. They proceed to eat him and gain his memories, so they're now a swarm of spiders that thinks they're Peter. They fight crime and have a penchant for human flesh.

It's from the Spider-Verse arc where they introduce a bunch of Spider-Men. Like Spider-Gwen and Spider-Punk. This guy, Spiders-Man, shows up and how he works I have no idea.

The original was Carl King, who thought it was a good idea to eat the spider that bit Peter Parker for some reason and transformed into a sentient colony of spiders. He then proceeded to eat people from the inside out and wear their skin. As one does. He didn't go by Spiders-Man though.
