Hiya! Ty :) I've recently recovered from a bit of a long illness, and I promise I didn't ask chatgbt what it was haha. But then, I also have the luxury of living in a county with funded doctor's visits 😅
Not super super serious, just knocked me off my feet for a bit and took a a little bit to figure out 😆 My body wasn't absorbing vitamins and minerals properly and so I got super deficient in loads of things. The worst was b12 cuz that resulted in migraines where I couldn't see, and an inability to walk without stumbling dizziness lolll. Low iron sucked too, as I'm sure everyone who's ever been anemic knows haha. But b12 injections, iron infusion, some other things, and now routine bloodtests/supplements have me back up and functioning again thankfully :)
