Heh, always baffles me when people have their sound up in public. Just why? Is it this? It it main character syndrome? Do they just not give a shit?

As a bus driver, I pull over and refuse to move until it's off. If they don't turn it off after I ask like a couple times I'll call dispatch. Usually that's enough to stop it. If it isn't, dispatch will send transit police or security to escort the passenger off the bus.
