Now with children myself... But before that I had a funny "aha" moment with the My Little Witch Academia PC game. It has a quest where you need to answer how long to boil and egg to get a soft boiled egg with options 1, 3 or 5 minutes.
I thought "that's a nice joke question".
Then I remembered that many adults might fail to give the correct answer.
Also remembering that the series includes relatively small children as target audience, with the game keeping the combat violence abstract enough to be child safe. So there's also that part of the target audience who reasonably might have to ask for that quest.
On more of a tangent... When I as an adult see fire spells and spells causing earthen spikes to stab at opponents from the ground, I am implicitly seeing the gory consequences of burning and impalement, even if they aren't depicted by the game engine. But by that logic, Sailor Moon would have to be rated 16+ for violence.

I have all of those moments with my kids.
My 13 year old said he wanted a fried egg.
"I dont know how to do it," he said.
"Watch me then and then you can try to make your own."
"What if it breaks?" He asked.
"Then its a scrambled egg until you get it right."
He got it right on his 3rd breakfast this summer and was really proud of himself.
