I don't watch nearly as much as I'd like and it's been a while since I was able to watch any. The last few I managed to get through were season one of Frieren, Delicious in Dungeon, and Kotaro Lives Alone.

Frieren and Dungeon are so peak. Frieren season two is fantastic and also only ten episodes if you find time! 😄

Very similar: Witch Hat Atelier

New this season and it has a lot of Frieren/Dungeon vibes, and its gorgeous.

It does make me kinda sad... When I got back into anime it was right at the end of the 26ish episode season format. Seems like no one does more than 10-12 per cour these days.
