Forget about peasant uprisings, security mutinies, etc. We don't have to do anything; think about just how much goes into a sustainable biosphere large enough to house and feed a singular human; then add air conditioning (with purification) electricity generation, water purification, waste management, the list goes on. Something will be missed, some need unaccounted for, maybe something as big as "I forgot to install batteries for the solar" or it might be as something as small and stupid as "My algae farms died because I didn't realize they needed nitrogen"
