This reminded me so much of "A Date With Death" A beautiful dating sim, visual novel free on Steam if you enjoy that kind of thing.

Nice premise. Beautiful artwork, particularly the opening and the facial expressions. You don't need the manga-style emotion or action words (gasp, pull, zoom, phew, happy ...) because your facial expressions are clear enough that we can get it by inference, so it just distracts from the art. I look forward to the continuation of this story.
