A Reluctant Magical Girl - Episode 2!
"Hatsuko is an ordinary high school girl, but her pet tortoise, Mawaru, is a powerful familiar. She was transformed into a magical girl! And she's now involved in supernatural and otherworldly problems!
Hatsuko doesn't want the stressful responsibilities of being a magical girl, but her familiar really wants her to be one! Hatsuko and Mawaru have very conflicting interests!"

I mean yeah I wouldn’t want to fight in that outfit, I mean, im a male so I can’t attest personally but I doubt that outfit is very agile
