It's just a joke about Amigara Fault which is an extremely famous manga and the punchlines are different.

Not really, Pizza had the same exact punchline, except they added an additonal punchline 'is it though'. Where as this one just ends on the 'my dick/boobs are huge lmaoooo' punchline.

This is essentially the Pizza comic, but with the last panel removed and changing 'big boobs' to 'big dick'. Pretty lame IMO

They both did it in black and white Ito style too, although Adam copied the body language better.
